建立範例報表(Report)_PART2

資料群組(Group)

1、在編輯區的Table上按右鍵，點選Insert Group

2、在Group On的地方，下拉選取「客戶代號」。若向下拉為空白，請先新增資料到欄位到表格內

設定Group

篩選(Filters)

1、在編輯區上選取Table之後，在下方Property Editor內，選取Filters
2、點選右下角新增Add

建立新Filter Condition

彙總(Aggregation)

1、選擇Palette內的Report Item底下的Aggregation元件()。

2、因為要產生的是針對顧客消費的金額小計，所以在Function的部分選擇「SUM」。接下來Expression選擇「amount」，表示針對amount去做加總。
這邊要特別注意的是Aggregate On的部分，分為Table和Group，Table表示針對整個報表做合計；而Group表示針對報表設定的群組去做合計。
